Ilika and Cirtec Medical Collaborate in the Manufacturing and Commercialisation of Miniature Stereax Solid State Batteries

We have designed Stereax, our line of ultra-thin, mm-scale, safe and rechargeable solid state batteries which contain no liquid or polymer components.

Stereax enables disruptive product designers looking for a long life (1000s recharges), low leakage (nA) and miniature power source (first product will be 20 mm3) with rectangular form factor similar to ICs.

Under licence from Ilika, Cirtec Medical will manufacture and commercialise Stereax for use in MedTech.
